Our proficient team acts as a personal registrar for your collection: itemizing records, organizing invoices, digitizing materials, and providing high-quality images of items for your personal records.
We are well-versed in all current technology and databases available on the market, and we work with you to determine what system fits your collection's needs best. By personally handing all system upgrades and maintenance, we create a seamless catalog experience that you and your associates can navigate with ease.

We also have licensed insurance brokers that can advise on appropriate coverages and policies for collections of all sizes and values.
Collection Care & Archival Advocacy
Our team strives to provide superior protection and care of your collection. We advise on archival housing, custom framing, loss prevention such as fire and security systems, disaster planning and inherent deterioration. Our goal is long-term preservation by increasing the security and longevity of each piece.
We guide fine art packing, international and domestic transportation, traveling exhibition planning, installation coordination, outdoor sculpture planning and maintenance, loan and consignment agreements and storage facilities.
Our presence in the art industry positions us to advise on emerging and contemporary artist trends. We are equipped to represent collectors in buying and selling transactions on the primary and secondary markets at all price points. Our firm has an international presence to meet your collection’s needs.
In addition, we offer curation services for fine art featured in major motion-pictures and commercial establishments.
For established artists, Marlowe Fine Art acts as advisor and manager, helping the artist successfully navigate different art markets. We work to catalog bodies of work and serve as an intermediary between artist and collector, supporting artist selling power and community growth.
